Spacious elevated ground floor apartment – 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the middle part of Sitio de Calahonda, very close to some popular bars and restaurants and a five minute drive to the motorway and the beach! The apartment has been recently renovated and decorated and has a really nice open feel, a good sized lounge and dining area, separate kitchen with separate utility room, good sized terrace with sea views and spacious bedrooms. It has quality furniture and appliances. On street parking right outside the entrance to the apartment so very easy access. The terrace has dining table and chairs that offer views of the sea. It is located between Marbella and Fuengirola with easy access to the road and the golf courses in the area.
The Feel
The living room is spacious and bright, with a large and very comfortable sofa. Television is a SmartTV connected to Wi-Fi with apps like Netflix, YouTube and Amazon. There is also a dining area and wood pellet burner. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the main bedroom there is a king size bed and in the other two single beds. The two bathrooms are complete with a shower. The master bedroom is ensuite and also has access via patio doors to the main terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with vitro-stove, oven, microwave and other appliances, it also has pots, pans and all kinds of kitchen utensils. Off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and plenty of space to store cleaning items and other bits.
There is also a safe and smoke alarms.
